Nice work leo, plugwork is superb!! Your cnc mill is way cool... (im jealous!) To lose some weight and gain LOTS of stiffness to hull bottom, try adding a lightweight core material between the layers of glass. Balsa or polyurethane foam work really well. A layer of woven multiaxial fiberglass on the inside surface would also help a lot. Congratulations on your record!!
