can u use 2 much epoxy?

hi all im building a dumas kit and it sayz not to go over board with the epoxy (which i have) dont want it to leak of course!
will it effect it to much? goes on bout acceleration.
its a 11cc gas engine.

Yes.

Epoxy in and of itself has no great strength. You use it to hold things together, which it does quite well.

If you use it to fillet things, you are adding unnecessary weight. Use chopped glass in it as a filler if you need the fillet to add strength.

With an 11cc engine you shouldn't have much to worry about.
